How does the logo design process work on Logo Alley? Ordering a logo from Logo Alley is easy. Simply fill out the Logo Alley order form and submit it to our online designers. They'll design your new logo using the information you've provided on the form. Within a few days of submitting your order form, you'll receive the first rough drafts of your new logo. You then choose one of the logos submitted, and email changes and comments (if any) back to the Logo Alley staff. After incorporating your requests and suggestions, your logo is presented again for final approval, or any additional changes.
Your order includes an unlimited number of changes after the initial logo has been selected. Once final approval has been received, your logo is saved in several different file formats and delivered to you via email. How much does it cost? Logo Alley's current promotional price is $499. How long does the logo design process take? Your first three rough logo concepts are usually delivered within 3 days. The number of changes requested, approval time taken by you, workload, etc. will determine when final files are delivered. Plan on 7 - 10 working days for the entire process. How does payment work? Simply submit your payment information with the Logo Alley Order Form, or call toll-free 1-800-986-4733 and we'll take your payment information over the phone. Logo Alley accepts all major credit cards, as well as checks and money orders. Payment in full is required before the logo design process can begin. What file formats are included in my logo design order? All logos are delivered in the following formats: 1. Adobe Illustrator: Editable, native file (Mac: Illustrator, Freehand etc. PC: Illustrator, Corel Draw, etc.). Your vendors (printers, web designers, silk screen printers, etc.) will use this file. 2. GIF: 72 dpi web-ready file (will work with Mac and PC). This file is for Web use only. You can use this file on your Web site and view it with any browser. 3. EPS: Importable file for most desktop-publishing software (will work with Mac and PC). High-resolution file for commercial printing. This file can be "placed" or "imported" into most desktop-publishing software (QuarkExpress, PageMaker, etc.). Your vendors (printers, web designers, silk screen printers, etc.) will use this file. 4. JPG: Web-ready file (will work with Mac and PC). This file is for Web and proof use only. You can view it with any browser. 5. TIF: 300 dpi, sizable file (will work with Mac and PC). This file can be opened by some Mac and PC illustration and image software (Illustrator, FreeHand, PhotoShop, ImageReady, etc.), and can be "placed" or "imported" into most desktop-publishing software (QuarkExpress, PageMaker, MS Word, etc.). 6. Adobe PhotoShop: Editable, photo-image file. Logo Alley can produce other file formats if required. (Additional charges may apply. ) What information do you need from me before designing my logo? The best way to help us design a great logo for you is to fill out the order form completely. Many of the questions on the form are designed to help us understand the message you'd like your logo to convey to its audience. Any information about identity branding or product positioning should be shared with your Logo Alley designer. |
